Order & Event Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any purchase, including but not limited to:
- Workshop registrations
- Private party bookings
- Pre-orders and custom orders
- Seasonal items
- Take-home kits, DIY supplies, and paint-at-home projects
If you are unable to attend a workshop or event, you may send someone in your place or, when applicable, arrange to pick up your kit to complete at home.
In-Store Pickup Window
Orders marked for in-store pickup must be collected within 30 calendar days of the “Ready for Pickup” notification. Reminder messages may be sent during this timeframe.
After 30 days, unclaimed orders are considered abandoned and forfeited. Items may be donated, repurposed, or resold at our discretion.
No refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued for abandoned orders.
If you need additional time, please contact us before your pickup window expires—extensions up to 45 days may be offered when requested in advance.
Private Party Bookings
Private party deposits are non-refundable and secure your date/time. Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 3 days in advance and are subject to availability.
By placing an order, booking an event, or registering for a workshop with Knot & Splatter, you agree to these terms.
